Cancellation policy:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will charge 25% of the service fee.
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, we will charge 50% service fee.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. However, repeated
cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of pre-payment for future appointments.
